Terms of Service – OGCraft - Updated 29th March 2025

Definitions

• "OGCraft" refers to OGCraft, represented by the OGCraft Founder Team. The terms "staff", “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to OGCraft and the OGCraft Founder Team.

• "Supporter", "member", “user”, “you”, “your” and "player" refer to site visitors and any other users of our Services.

• "Service" and "Services" refer to any service that OGCraft offers, including (but not limited to) our Minecraft Servers, Websites, Forums, etc.

• "OGCraft Minecraft" refers to the Minecraft servers we offer, including servers running on or connected through the IP: play.OGCraft.org and bedrock.OGCraft.org (for Bedrock Edition). OGCraft is not affiliated with Mojang AB or any other company, copyright, or trademark.

• "OGCraft Discord Server" refers to the public Discord server where all our public information is shared, and where our staff and community can be contacted. Join via: https://ogcraft.org/discord

• "Rules" or "Server Rules" refers to our rules, accessible in-game using /rules and /rules 2

• "Store" refers to our online store https://store.ogcraft.org/

Application of Server Rules

All members agree to be bound by the Minecraft EULA and OGCraft’s Rules while using any of our Services. This includes activities within our Minecraft server and Discord server. Violations may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. A fair opportunity will be provided to have concerns reviewed.

Access to OGCraft and our Services

Access to OGCraft’s Minecraft servers and associated services is provided free of charge to all users.

In consideration of users who choose to support OGCraft financially, we offer supporter ranks as a thank-you for donations. These ranks are not considered goods, services, or products, and donating to OGCraft does not constitute a purchase.

All supporter ranks are:

• Issued voluntarily as appreciation for support

• Non-refundable and not eligible for chargeback or dispute under any circumstances

• Time-limited to 30 days from the date of the donation

As of 29th March 2025, the currently available supporter ranks are: Allay, Golem, and Wither. This may change and therefore an updated list can be found on our store.

OGCraft reserves the right to deny, modify, suspend, or revoke any supporter rank privileges at any time, without warning or compensation.

Because supporter ranks are provided in recognition of voluntary donations, they are not subject to refund, chargeback, or reversal under any circumstance to the player who donated.

Legitimacy of Payments

All payments must be made with the express authorisation of the account holder or cardholder. Any unauthorised payment may result in the immediate removal of privileges and restriction from using our Services.

Payment Values

All payment values listed are in US Dollars (USD). While OGCraft does not charge international transaction fees, your bank or payment provider may apply additional charges beyond our control. We are not responsible for, nor can we reimburse, such charges.

Payment Methods and Process

• Payments are processed via store.OGCraft.org through PayPal.

• The correct Minecraft username must be entered at checkout to ensure rank privileges are applied properly. Users must input their username as it appears on the server, this also includes the bedrock prefix which the server applies to the bedrock accounts.

• As of 29th March 2024 this prefix is "Bed-" however this may change. It is your responsibility to ask the staff team what this prefix is.

Processing Time

• Rank privileges are typically applied within 5 minutes of donation however, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• If you do not receive your rank within 24 hours, contact a staff member.

Refundability and Cancellation

• All donations are final and non-refundable.

• Cancelling an active recurring donation (if applicable) will stop future renewals but will not entitle the donor to a partial or full refund for the current period.

• Donors agree not to dispute or charge back any donations made to OGCraft. Any such action may result in permanent bans from all OGCraft services.

Supporter Rank Conditions

Supporter ranks may only be acquired through one of the following methods:

• By making a donation directly to OGCraft

• By receiving a rank as a gift, free of charge

• By obtaining a rank voucher through in-game activities, trades, or events where no real-world currency was used

It is strictly prohibited to offer or accept any transaction where a purchase from the OGCraft store is made in exchange for receiving in-game items, currency, services, or favours.

Examples of violations include but are not limited to:

• "If I buy you a rank, will you give me this in-game item from it?"

• "I’ll get you a rank if you give me something in return."

Engaging in such activities is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent restriction of access, removal of privileges, and/or other restrictions throughout the network.

Authority and Applicable Terms

By donating to OGCraft, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent

• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country

These Terms, including all referenced documents, form the entire legal agreement between you and OGCraft.

Privileges

• Privileges granted through supporter ranks are cosmetic or quality-of-life enhancements and are not considered essential to gameplay.

• These privileges are virtual and hold no monetary value.

• Supporters do not receive preferential treatment in moderation or rule enforcement.

• Privileges are subject to change, rebalancing, or removal at any time without notice.

In-Game Privileges

• All privileges are listed on the OGCraft Store under each supporter rank description.

• These descriptions supersede any verbal or unofficial information.

• OGCraft reserves the right to amend, update, or revoke any privilege or perk at its discretion.

Custom Donation

Users may donate without receiving any privileges by choosing the "Add days to the server!" option. These donations are subject to the same Terms, including refund and chargeback restrictions.

Server Changes

OGCraft is not liable for any loss of privileges or data caused by server resets, corruption, rollback, or user error. Where possible, rank benefits will be reinstated for users in good standing.

Our Provision of Services

• All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."

• No guarantees are made regarding service uptime or continued feature availability.

• OGCraft may alter, suspend, or discontinue any service or content at any time without notice or compensation.

Privacy Policy

• OGCraft does not share your personal data outside the Admin Team unless legally required to do so.

• In the event of a data breach, we will attempt to notify affected users as quickly and completely as possible.

Confidential Information

Any non-personal information submitted to OGCraft becomes non-confidential unless expressly stated otherwise. We may use or share this material as needed. If there are concerns for a user's safety or the safety of others, we reserve the right to report relevant information (e.g. name, IP address) to appropriate authorities. This also includes contacting local law enforcement with regards to concerns of health and wellbeing of our players.

Other Sites

External websites linked through OGCraft are used at your own risk. OGCraft accepts no responsibility for the content, policies, or actions of these third-party sites.

Other Important Terms

• OGCraft may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to another party without notice.

• You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, all other terms remain in effect.

• Failure to enforce any right or term does not constitute a waiver.

Term and Termination

OGCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or applicable laws. Rejoining under a new identity or account after such action is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Copyright Infringements

To report copyright concerns, open a support ticket in our Discord and tag a staff member with the Founder role.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGCraft shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or revenue

• Loss or corruption of data

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount donated by you in the previous 12-month period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OGCraft and its staff from any legal claims, liabilities, costs, or damages resulting from your actions, including any breach of these Terms.

Authorisation

By continuing to use OGCraft Services or by making a donation, you confirm and agree that:

• You meet the legal age and consent requirements

• You are authorised to use the payment method used

• You will not chargeback, dispute, or reverse donations

• You accept that all donations are non-refundable

• You will not exploit, trade, or misuse any supporter rank privileges

• You accept that your account may be banned without warning for violating these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use OGCraft Services or make any donations.

Violation of any provision of these Terms or Server Rules may result in permanent bans, loss of privileges, and other appropriate action without refund.
